Donie Collins
Donie Collins (Irish: Dónall Ó Coileáin) is a retired Irish sportsperson. He played hurling at various times with his local clubs Blackrock in Cork and James Stephens in Kilkenny in the 1970s and 1980s. Collins also lined out with the Cork senior inter-county team. He is the only player in history to win four All-Ireland club winners' medals. He is originally from Castlehaven in Cork and played Gaelic football with Castlehaven GAA along with six other brothers. Collins was a selector with the Cork senior hurling team.[1]
